Within the Lore of MGE, there is a counter organization against the growing threat of Mythical Waifus who corrupts and takes those who they claim for a husband or in the case of my story, wife. The Order is set on the benevolent values of a wholesome if not a stern representation for an uncorrupted and undiluted human species.

Sebastian here is a member of the monastic order of Monks; The Shepherds of Saint Nostri, who are a branch of the Order. In service to their God -- they sacrifice their eyes to give him sight upon the world. In exchange for their entire life and strand of fate is burned into their minds. This is to serve as a replacement for their eyes as they experience their sight in the form of Deja-Vu, even in combat which serves as an excellent premonition. They are often identified amongst the clergy with their blindfolds and blessed bell-staffs whose ring disorients and even cripples those of corrupted origins.

Despite the Order's view of Monsters, at a young age, he discovered a werewolf along the side of a road beside a field where a great slaughter occurred. Amongst the corpses was a giant werewolf -- slain from an impaling spear with the knight she mauled right under him. A pup was discovered, still alive and trying to nurse from the recently departed. With mercy and compassion in his heart, he took the pup into the monastery with much debate from those he considers brothers.

Today the Werewolf lives outside the monastery, serving as a sheepherder for the monastary with strict conditions but comfortable living.
