Many years ago, when I was in New Zealand, I tried Canyoning for the first time. It's an absolutely incredible sport that is a lot of fun - in particular if you also love waterfalls like I do. I also used that opportunity to overcome my fear of jumping from heights into water that haunted me since elementary school. But that's another story...

Hey, anything where I get to call out Safety Shares is great! Makes HR think better of me!
My daughter enjoys doing the rock wall at the Science Center here and once I feel like my chest is in better shape I'll give it a try again. The ropes course though is no problem for me. That's as close to rappelling as I get these days.
