Bio: Rosemary is the Queen of Halloween who lives in her realm which is Halloween all day like a Halloween Realm and she's the Queen of her realm, when it's October or November in the outside world she's allowed to leave her realm into the mortal realm. Reason why she's allow out of her realm at those two months is because her crime of her devouring countless of planets and Sun throughout the universe and so the Universe punish her by shortening her months while also provide candy colored planet to satisfy her hunger so she doesn't get hungry even give her planets she can visit on for her to eat and maybe get some company to stay with her.

Rosemary prefers to keep those who seem interesting to her even other giantess from other world or dimension since normal mortals are just too plain but capturing Giantess for her own use is so much better especially if she feeds them with the tiny mortals they prey upon.
