Well, this looks like an emergency! To this day, this was actually one of the most surprising moments in cartoons for me. Dr. Greenbox up and turned on the Swat Katz annd they barely defeatedhim. I'd like to imagine that he was always secretly evil and merged with machine, Zed, much sooner. His first act of evil, eat all the meat in MegaKat city. And I do mean, ALL meat. After all, Zedhas to keep his Creator alive and well fed.
