This card commission was not my usual card commission. A friend wanted a Magic the Gathering card, on account of a Dungeons and Dragons game taking place in Ravnica. I have only the vaguest idea what that means. So I will go ahead and share in his words:
"Yagodnaya Roza is a druid of the Golgari, who helps to maintain the lye pits and keep the undercity clean. He's very excited to have reached his certification with necrolabor, though his studies have gotten sidetracked when he got caught up in the ongoing disaster of Massacre Girl's increasingly blatant and deadly displays of violence in the Tenth District."

Dig the art, and the effects aren't busted. Wording on the last ability triggers me, since that's not how an ability like that should be worded, but that's being pedantic as fuck. Really dig the moss texturing on the beast in the back, very nice detailing work there. Plus the composition of elf leaning left frame, beast going right, gives the piece a nice sense of balance.
Using Spellskite as an example: https://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/.....verseid=397743
Your ability would probably need to be worded like:
"(T): Change a target of target spell or ability that targets Yagodnaya Roza, Necrodruid to Thorn Blossom."
My personal critic would be making them either 1GB, or GGB so they have Reach as a static ability (Very Elf), rather than activated, but leave the Black power boost.
Keep in mind though, that Power-only buffing (Firebreathing) is usually a Red ability, whereas Black normally buffs both for B: For example, Dread Shade: https://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/.....verseid=442976
However, you're more familiar with the character, and I assume you're no stranger to Magic either. As is, its still an interesting Legendary, which I almost assumed was meant to be a Planeswalker :P

Oh, yeah, that would have been better wording, you're quite right. And I think at one point I meant to have him be 1GB.
The powers shift according to plane, of course, and in this case I'm using the black as representing his spore powers from spore druid - necrotic damage, very black. Green represents the movement spells he gains.
And in the words of the Gamemaster: "NO PLANESWALKERS."

Narric beat me to it, but yeah Spellskit is the modern wording. The confusing bit about MTG is it's a 25 year old game, so the wording has evolved over time. I think they switched from using 'effect' to 'spell or ability' as wording before the first Ravinca rolled around. Not 100% on that, but I'm positive that 'target spell or ability' is the correct wording now.
Oh, and "the graveyard" is also technically incorrect. Use "a graveyard" if you want to be able to exile opponent's creatures, or "your graveyard" for just your own grave. Honestly I'd go with "a graveyard." Would make for a better card overall, since it counters enemy reanimation tactics. Especially fitting if there's ever been a moment in your campaign where someone went to raise a corpse and Yagodnaya raised it first.
Everything else seems fine. A bit underwhelming maybe, but at uncommon it's not terrible. Wizards has certainly printed worse legends at that rarity. Also while Narric is correct that black usually gets +1/+1, +1/+0 is not unheard of. Typically it goes hand in hand with a keyword ability, or is conditional (like the Nin zombies from Mirrodin), but Stillmoon Cavalier, Stormglad Crusader, Vampire Bats, several of the shadow creatures from Tempest block. It's been a while since they printed it, but it's not unheard of. I think the elf is fine at BG with reach being activated, since reach is a niche ability, so a lot of cases it isn't needed.
