The Titan Form is a form only the most evolved and Adapted species can gain as the form needs a true balanced and understanding of Light and Dark to Mental and Physical will, not everyone can get the form for a number of reason but the most common and understandable is someone cant handly the power, choose not to take it, has unbalanced within themselves or simple not yet proven themselves. Those who are proven worth a Titan Form but not yet willing or ready for the form will gain a special skill from the Titan

What makes a Titan Form powerful is do to the extreme amount of Energy, highly rapid to extreme Adapting, and abilities in Realm Control. Simple put a it will be a challenge to take down a Titan as well if it adapts to deal with the dangerous making it something not strong as most God and Goddess but something that can easily overpower them. There powers relate to user powers like if someone skill in Fire there Fire abilities and skills will be enhanced to there highest points even far above there normal limits.

Finally the naming of a Titan, Titan's can be named whatever however its said a Titan Form gets there name based on how there normal 'active' in case of Crono Titan Fury, its set not with his rage but his rage that if anything happens and endangers those he cares for will let Titan Fury be actives to ready to fight
