While traveling, the Raccoon Queen and her trusted otter companion came upon a village that was being cruelly oppressed by a polar bear named Evil Reg.
We never knew whether "Evil" was a title, or his first name. All we knew was that he was so evil that his eyes were a baleful red and his once snowy polar bear's coat was gray. The dark brown and fizzy concoction he swilled also doesn't bear thinking of; it was as Unseelie as he was.
But the Racoon Queen fights for Justice, and we see her facing off against the evil Evil Reg - who apparently likes what he sees. Too bad that it's the last thing he sees before she sends him to the Netherhells.
