A continuation of my short novel, "The Inevitable Rise, Rebirth and Destruction of Lazarus Long and the Groupthinks from San Pedro" in a scene showing why you should always eat your Broccoli.
“This is a look in. A window to the claustrophobic, always violent, sometimes introspective moments between authors and their muses. It's hallucinations for free deep in the dank and dark underbelly of the suburbs of Los Angeles. The burning chaparral, mid-century modern architecture, Wally Power superyahcts and occasional acid trips on the beach. Part fact, part fiction; it's all real to me.”

Nice chapter. In my opinion the most well writen. I enjoyed this because it was funny. I like how you threw random facts and ideas and feelings into it all. It gave me a good idea of what you were thinking and feeling.
I liked how paranoid you got about Lazarous at the begining and then the sharks in the sea.
It left me wondering, were the sharks imagened or were they Laz and Lucious? I bet more on imagined cause it said you were in the shore when you thought you were miles out. (I know you said you intend to leave somethings vague and up to the reader's imaganation. You did a Good job here.) And the sharks reminded me of that episode of south park where Kaye West sung about being a gay fish.
As always, good descriptions of things and a very nice chapter.
