I don't know where you guys come to visit Quebec when you do, but personally, I'd say the best cheese would be the one from
Fromagerie Lemaire, in Drummondville. Gravy, as personal favorite, Hot Chicken sauce (St-hubert brand) and I use no name straight cut fries:D
