
Getting in some practice transforming my body the old fashioned way. I usually do this 3 or more times a week, and have gallons of sweat donated to my gym floor to prove it. I usually get annoyed at the ropes the fastest, but that just means I should probably do them more. What is your favorite and least favorite routine at the gym?
