I mean, just about every dev ships buggy games - it's conventional gamer wisdom to not play games immediately after release, and even then, to not look directly at the bugs - but Bethesda is just plain ridiculous. I'll bet a good portion of Skyrim mods exist either to fix the bugs or exploit them to the max!
