X-dog Toby 9 from DOGS of MARS.
As one of the later X-dog models, Tobias is highly advanced, especially re. his intelligence and personality. He is more 'sophisticated', more 'grown up', than his brothers Ben and Einen, though his wicked humour can sometimes be cutting. He's a little insecure about his appearance and is constantly changing his spots with O.T's patented polychrome technology, pink red, green, blue, whatever!
