Very nice attempt here, you have a soothing voice and a measured delivery which works well for something like this. If I were to give feedback, it would be to consider more relaxation exercises before launching into the visualisation, have the subject focus on their breathing, start small with their focus before painting the canvas for them. That said, I eagerly look forward to hearing more of these in the future.
