The markings under Pampakus eyes means he's in a stern fighting pose. Also if he has a diaper in his hand, don't fall for it, its trick to lure weak prey close to him. He can make the marking under his eyes and around his body dissapear. This is Pampaku when he starts fighting seriously, which is rare. Not sure if thats a regular diaper, or a victim he tricked, Your choice.
