It's as if the burning flame inside you exploded ten-fold, despite going at it with the tigress for God knows how many rounds. You feel as if you've figured her out and not get hit as much, while also returning fire and breaking through her defenses. A solid, straight cross to her face should've done her in, yet you become more disoriented when she counters with a solid left hook to your muzzle. An audible *crack* could be heard, but you have no idea what broke. When you went in to retaliate, copying her counter, the timing was all too perfect.
Besides, it's not like neither of you can see past your swollen eyes.
