This baby came up for adoption and needed an experienced rat home.
His tail appears to have been broken in two places, leaving it permanently curled.
He flinches when my hand comes into the cage. He is scared of people, but still curious about me and it seems like he wants to believe there are good people in the world.

I couldn't say no to him. He's going to be the most challenging rat I have ever adopted, but I think he deserves to be loved and spoiled rotten.

I'm mostly posting this to keep as a starting point. When he starts making more progress (allowing contact, and asking for affection) I will take more photos of him.
