As the result of a curious union between a bull and a kirin, Ghislain sports a rather distinctive look! Most hybrids often bear the features of their pedigrees quite clearly--however Ghislain's isn't always immediately obvious. Some folks mistake them for a dragon/unicorn at first glance. Others assume they're a goat/bush viper. It amuses Ghislain to no end hearing all these guesses and conjectures, and often remains frustratingly tight-lipped until the questioner either gives up or hits home!

Due to the kirin side of their lineage, Ghislain has inherited a modicum of magical ability; namely shapeshifting and telekinesis.This latter ability may be used to lift both objects and people, which helps Ghislain immensely with their occupation: wilderness guide and occasional courier! The former ability allows Ghislain to change form at will, of course, but is more frequently employed to swap their sex on the fly. Ghislain has implemented a clever nomenclature for their sexes: "Ghis" for male and "Lain" for female, with any variation like "Isla" or "Ain" for other varying genders!
