Terrible Pain is a very villainious rat who has one big dream - conquering the world. He really wants to do it, though his ways of doing it aren't too bright. Even though he appears badass and acts cool, he's really incompetent and his ways of taking over the world are so ridiculous that they wouldn't be possible to succeed even in a cartoon. It's pretty annoying for his brother. Poor Edward keeps taking his silly brother to the hospital after all the failing plans. As a matter of fact, it was Edward who pointed out that the short for his "evil nickname" has a double meaning.
