Before Pokemon Sword and Shield were released, one of my favorite new additions was Scorbunny -- to the extent that I even designed a character, Sorcha, after the creature. Just before the games came out, I decided that between Sorcha and my other not-fully-evolved Pokemon character, Nadeem the Riolu, one of them was going to end up evolving after the games came out and I got a look at what Scorbunny became.
Turns out, I like Cinderace! So sorry, Nadeem, but you have to remain a Riolu for quite some time longer. (I may, however, go ahead and draw a "What If?" version of him as a Lucario. :p)
For Sorcha's evolved form, I tried to replicate the feel of her prior appearance as much as possible, keeping many of the clothing choices and design elements. The main difference is that I swapped her top for a shirt and vest, and added that bit of crown-styled fur to her head.
I also decided not to make the different colors on her lower half into a pair of pants or tights -- that's just how her fur looks, it changes color from the waist down. What can I say, sometimes Pokemon are just weirdly colored.
