It seems like the director of government agent is approving of Dale because Dale has some incredible skills and great stamina. The director entrusted some special tasks to Dale and Dale completes all tasks at any cost with his responsibility. That's how he got those scars on his body.

When the director is satisfied with Dale's works, she give honor and award to him for his service to their country. Then Dale want to take a leave of absence to get a complete rest, the director allowed him to get a vacation and changed his identity for his safety. However, danger still followed him everywhere he went.

Here he goes facing his enemies (or new "partner") and new cases again...
