This is Priscilla, and she's a hippy witch who lives in the forest and is strongly affected by nature and the stars.

Priscilla appears to be 18 in human years, but is actually over 200 years old.
She is down to earth, and likes to take things as they come, shes usually happy but can take things very personally.
She rarely uses magic for herself or at all, only casting small enchantments for fun or mundane things.
She enjoys knitting, sewing, DIY projects and glass blowing.

Her hat:
Star holes in her hat brim can be as many or as little as you desire.

Mouse door:
The door has vines that creep over it as an enchantment to keep other creatures aside from the hat mouse out. The door folds with the hat creases. Inside the door is a realm specifically for familiar's and their master's magic.

Mouse:
Matilda the hat mouse is Priscilla's familiar, she protects Priscilla's magic and gives her guidance. Her tail tip was chewed off when she was protecting Priscilla's magic.

Insects in her hair:
Can be any flying insect, if not a flying insect they can sit upon her hat brim and hold her hair there.

Her tattoos:

Stars on her back represent the month, so if it's June the 6th month of the year, she will have 6 stars, December is the 12th she will have 12 stars on her back.

Toadstool doesn't represent anything, just a cute tattoo she decided to get when she was younger.

Her vines:
The vines along her legs, and back represent age and emotional/physical trauma, though she cannot die by "mortal" forces i.e age, common human illnesses, humans in general, she can be hurt through other supernatural beings, herself and just as she grows "older".
