I just kept noticing the Sheyena's head seemed a bit on the small side. A later ad done with mask/makeup has better overall body proportions. Does make me think of a live action version of your work. I don't seem to get hit much with the uncanny valley - just kinda of shrug, go okay that looks odd and then accept it. Uncanny Valley does sound like a brand of Salad dressing that is slightly off in taste...
