I ended up babysitting a Hoary Bat for a couple hours last weekend. We found her when cleaning up some ivy off a house - I ended up watching over her until she was awake enough to fly off and find a new roost.

Once she relaxed a bit and stopped hissing her displeasure, she was moved to a box just in case I needed to move her quickly. She was confused, but not complaining too much because she was finally starting to warm up a bit.
