Haha no problem. Been rather Holmes fixated ever since I saw the movie and decided to re-read the books in English this time.

Watching the 1983-85 tv-show "The Adventure of Sherlock Holmes" where Jeremy Brett is the actor behind Holmes.

I adored that show. <33

...I can't quite bring myself to watch the movie, because from what I can tell they've changed so much from the books that I won't like it. D:

It was actually decent. I like the portrayal of both Holmes and Watson, and the awkwardness in the battles that were so common in the TV-show are all gone. I disliked how they made Irene Adler seem like some kind of important character to Holmes. I mean seriously, the woman appears briefly in ONE short story -_-'

I guess they put her in it to not make Holmes seem far too gay for Watson.

I'm watching this Sherlock Holmes series at the moment on Netflixs. Love the sketch.

He and Benedict Cumberbatch are tied for my favourite Holmes, I think. But we all know the best character was Mrs Hudson. :P
