Wanted to try something different

Box of coating mix*

An egg

Mix up an egg or two

Dip your chicken in the egg batter & dry coating with salt and pepper
spray a pan and cook for 20 min at 400 degrees or longer for thicker chicken

Make into a sandwich

Server in a salad

Or with potatos & corn

* From Chris: I agree with the coating mix, but up to a point:

~ You can also use flavored panko crumbs / bread crumbs

~ You can also use rice krispies, ground up and mixed with your favorite spice mix if GF

~ Or even corn flakes that are good and crushed, same thing!

Make sure to use an iron pan or a pan that can stand up to those 450 degrees in the oven, preheated!
