Here we have Gevinia Verksura d'Eyldra, Hierophant of Erykinis, dressed in more ceremonial attire. The circles behind her are being levitated by the Hierophant's psionic powers. In fact, if you look closely, you see other pieces of the outfit floating. This is quite common among the Verrisirs, as many are powerful psionics. She wears this outfit for special ceremonies, important diplomatic missions, sacred rituals, and state functions.
The outfit was inspired by the Ara Haan's Shakti class from the game Elsword and the outfit the Protoss Selendis wears, and Gevinia's other outfit.
