This is the finished lineart and detailing of D. Dan from http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3458475 before moving onto the other figure who is Jacques el Noble. I felt the urge to scan this in before moving on and later shading this figure. I don't want to, but my professor wants shading to be done, and dark shading at that. Personally I would hate to ruin such wonderful line work here. It is not even inked and yet it looks almost as though it was, to a point. LOL. ^\/^.
I hope to get this done soon so that I can move onto the next image. Then I can work on my other personal works and requests that I have been meaning to get to. LOL. ^\/^.
PS: This is made entirely with three different pencils with more to be used for shading purposes. Only two scans needed for this one. LOL. ^\/^.

Man. i love the outfit on this one, and the facial expression.. very nice detail there. I can definitely relate to not wanting to add things like shading and coloring to a pic with nice line work out of fear of messing it up, but based on your past works, I'm sure you'll do a fine job. :)
What kind of avian? Is is going to be based off of Falco from Star Fox?
FalconMcCooper made his after Falco. I remember some of his first drafts from a long time ago.
The original look of his fursona looked very similar to the images of Falco from the early 90s such as in the following links.

Over time (about 10 - 15 years) he developed his fursona into what it is now. If memory serves me, he was once a Star Fox nut almost like how some are into Halo these days. LOL. ^\/^.

Hah ha, cool. I'm a bit of a Star Fox nut, too, but nah. I'm sure I don't want it to be based on Falco. Only because I'll still draw Falco anytime I want to. Besides I'd really like to try my hand at an original character from the get-go. As to what kind of Avian, I am not sure right now.
It's corvidae. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corvidae . Thank you college education. LOL. ^\/^.
