the ones about serial killers and such - and just about any of the CSI shows that roll you around in the violence of murder. I do like NCIS, but even that goes overboard every now and again.

Good rhyming. I'm jealous.

I don't see how this can be a "first" but perhaps a last. It seems to follow the full course of life, then end in old age and death. For even at birth we are somewhere near the end.
