Fursuit Games at MFF 2006 (I think?) and we were all sitting down, getting ready for the Musical Chairs. Unfourtunately, somebody got a little creative with the caution tape after I sat down and proceeded to tie me up to the chair. I should have kept it and tried continuing on like that... lol.
