The Monitoring Console, located to the immediate right of the Communications Console and directly opposite the Navigation Console, is mainly concerned with observing conditions both within and without the TARDIS.
The Telepathic Circuits have many uses, including broadcasting the Translation Matrix outside of the TARDIS. They are also useful when receiving telepathic communications or communicating directly with the TARDIS itself.
The Internal and External Power Dials are used to determine the power levels of another ship, as well as determining the power compatibility between that ship and the TARDIS. This is useful when attempting to jump-start another vessel.
The Tracking Monitor allows the pilot to track objects both through real space and the Vortex. A pilot may control their view through the Manual Monitor Controls or allow the TARDIS to track objects using the Automatic Monitor Controls.
The Time Sensor prevents the TARDIS from occupying the same space as any other object in the Vortex, acting as a backup system for the controls of the Navigation Console.
The Oxygen Control is a response system for the Oxygen Gauge on the Interior Console.
