Last few days were super hardcore and busy, and all this week expecting to be same, but recently (after half-year, lol) I finally visited copycenter and scanned some paintings which didn't fit in my scanner and which I made during my summer vacation in village.

I actually had to stare at this one for a good moment just to appreciate all the work put behind it. For starters, the color work on this is amazing! Very vibrant and harmonious. The subtle lights and shadows give off a very soft, serene look to the piece as well - I absolutely love the small shine on top of her hair. Such a great detail!
I hope your friend enjoyed this present because it's incredibly well done! Seeing what you're capable of doing with traditional media is convincing me more and more to commission you one in the future - when you're open again of course. Thank you a lot for such kind words! Watercolor is media I sure do like a lot (actually even though I used to draw with color pencils mostly during long time, at this moment graphite pencil graphics and watercolor are my most fav traditional media and I hardly use other ones I often did before). But at the same time watercolor often claimed as a hardest media - once you spoil the work you can't fix it and need to throw it away (I actually threw away one painting last week and started it from the very begining). It's often about spiritual education.
