This is Sezi! She is a pokemon trainer from Kanto! When she was a little girl, her parents took her to meet Bill. While they were talking, Sezi and Bill's Eevee were playing. Suddenly there was an accident and Sezi's DNA was spliced with that of Eevee's. Unfortunately there was no way to reverse what happened and Sezi has grown up like this. She is a successful pokemon trainer none the less!
