It was hard to settle on a design. this one seems to be the one that changes my basic features the least.

-he has very small scales that he can move individually with enough concentration to the point that they can all vibrate. but they often look rather flat and are hard to see as separate.
-his scales are tougher than tempered steel
-completely prehensile tail
-can switch to and from Piger form easily
-can fold his wings completely flat against his back, at wich point they look like long vertical stripes. despite that ability, they are pretty strong
-has a long tongue thats stretchy (15 inches long in total)
-has sharp claws that are as hard as blades
-impervious to magic
-is 6'11 in this form.

Dude, I am diggin' his scales...but I am very partial to scales in general. They're so awesome. He looks really cool, and I like his grrrrr face! I especially like his stocking marks and...well, he's just really, really cool overall.
Also, you could play his torso like an instrument :D I mean, if he didn't manage to maul you first. Yep.

=3 he changes into dragon form simply through concentration. its not like his were form which was placed on him though normal lycanthropy means. its as easy as breathing in and breathing out for him. it just takes more calories and excess chub to change into.
