One of my other characters I hadn't expanded on too much on. Originally she was a prisoner of war, but it's been changed.

Kai is Samui's daughter. She was bioengineered and concived via suragate mother, who was unknown and killed off. She is not Samui's daughter by blood originally but after being concived she was tainted with to have traits similar to Samui before she was even born. Samui plans to use this girl as a heir to her underground empire if she ever get killed or dies of old age. Kai is a neutral character, she is neither bad nor good.

She is 10 years old in this picture and will be seen drawn any age between 10 and 2. She's normally quiet, dispite her 'mothers' childish nature, Kai is very mature. Anyone first meeting the two would consider Kai to be the adult of the mother daughter relationship. She has traits very similar to Samui. Her chakra elements are wind and water, when used together they create ice....

I'm working on her background still so there may be more to come.
