Coco and Tawna (from "Crash Bandicoot") have gone up on top of a high diving board to enjoy the view... but they slipped! Coco has fallen in the water after trying to hang on Tawna's stockings! But now, Tawna has lost her grip!!
But it seems that falling in the water has made quite a splash... look what is now floating on the surface!!

This vaguely reminds me of a story in one of those old b&W horror comics they used to sell in all the drugstores. A guy wanted to get even with some 'friends' so he mixes up a chemical that dissolves everthing but skin and hair and pours it in the pool. His friends visit, he invites them to take a swim, and you can guess what happens.
