Belisarius may not be the first robot wolf soldier of Anubis, but he is the first successful high level commission officer to lead an expeditionary legion of robot wolves for the Jackal Guards. Harnessing the soul of a late Roman emperor (SMITE world's history parallels ours but has plenty of points of divergence), who is also Anubis's old friend and rival who fought him to a stand still, Belisarius is a perfect mixture of an A.I's sharp decision making skill with a human's creativity, flexibility and ingenuity as well as resourcefulness.
