Azazel was beloved by all. He was a big brother to the younger monsters and he was known as the kindest and bravest person in the monster lands. One day, however, a cultist found Azazel playing. The cultist lured the poor boy in w/ his sweet, false kindness. When Azazel was brought to the cult, everything went wrong. He was broken in both mind and body. He would regularly be subjected to injections in his SOUL, the liquid of which was DETERMINATION and any food he had was tainted w/ some of it (if he refused to eat it, they would shove down his throat and make him swallow. He was also brainwashed by cult into agreeing w/ their goal: to destroy the universe by erasing it's code. Lastly, the cult practiced some dark magic on Azazel to make him stronger and more beastly as well as to make sure he could become god-like by stealing SOULs. All of this ended up turning him into his beast form, ?z?z?l. He was then unleashed into the world, ready to devour SOULs. When he got to the monster land, however, he tried attacking the monsters there, but before he could, the monster elders came and spellbound him. They then went far enough away and sealed him underground, hoping he would no longer be a threat. This of course lasted 100 years.
Present day: After using SAVE on Azazel enough times, he reverts back to his original form. He speaks to Chet, saying how he can't even begin to apologize for everything he's done and that he hates himself for all of it. Chet tries to assure him that it's not his fault but Azazel won't listen. Azazel then decides to release the SOULs trapped within him and they find their original owners. Chet then asks Azazel what will become of him. Azazel replies that, w/o everyone's SOULs in him, he can't keep his form together much longer and he even starts to melt. Chet tries futilely to say there has to be another way, but Azazel replies that there is none. Chet then starts to run to him but is too late as Azazel collapses in on himself into a pile of goo.
