Coony hugs. Yeah, sometimes it is like that, but I try to be patient. Drawing helps dealing with problems.

Sorry to hear, it is not a nice feeling to have. Been trying to change a few things at a pace that won't be overwhelming.

Change is good if it is an improvement over what you had.
Up and down cycles are part of life. I kinda feel sorry for many of today's young people here in the State's that don't know how to deal with down times... they think their world has come to an end when things don't go their way... or their Xbox dies.

I'd say I'm quite used to the down cycles, even when things are fine I have a plan case they go wrong. Almost a decade in the IT industry taught me that, but when it comes to the less practical side of life, I'm often clueless. Becoming less work machine and more human is the goal, art helps a lot.

Just do like the rest of us... muddle your way along the path.

Venting is healthy. Lets the emotions flow freely. I do the same thing with music. Hope you can find peace.

It certainly helps, just wish it wasn't so necessary, doing it eases the pain, but it would be nice if there was no pain to be relieved. Thank you, I'm doing what I can.

I have the problem, when I feel bad I tend to write to threat that I will harm myself - e. g. by starving, because ofttimes my anorexia kicks in then. LUCKILY for me this is often just a phase for hours and not days.

And the reason why is that is that I always have people to write to - even on Planetromeo and even if the person is totally random.

I got to know at least 5 new people after my last emotional breakdown on Sunday. People who make me feel better.

Not sure about your case, but maybe this is an option for you too

Gosh, hope you are feeling better by now. This piece is just a vent to get some bad feelings off my chest, I already had enough people trying to do me harm for me to add to the pile, don't worry, things are improving, the community here always helps me go through the bad times.

The music video is very good, but I recommend just listening to the song first and enjoying the video after. Music often eases my pain. I hope this song can help. It’s carried me through the years when I needed it.
