and then it came to me the Fiona Robot what if Li Moon IS the Fiona Robot rebuilt and hair change as well as her name.

well think about it she was left on the Metal Island Trap in Sonic the Hedgehog issus 28-29

but when the story of that Island was brung back where was she? only the badniks was there even the nutbot of them all Cocobuts.

But She was no where there, witch to say someone perhaps the Lion named Li Yuen perhaps found her and repaired her, hay we don't know what he does on his free time when not praying right XD

also it would explain to, sent his a old man err Lion and she calls him Grandfather.

and also Fiona Fox is returning later on in the Sonic Universe comics in this 4 parter.
