MGIBO 1/100 ASW-G-08 Gundam Barbatos (Customized/Improved)
(This post is a little bit late, but I'm finally catching up on late uploads.)
Originally pre-purchased on 8/9/19 from Hobby Search and delivered on 12/31/19, this 1/100 scale Master Grade Gunpla proved to be one of the most intense challenges that I have ever taken head-on, but was a really fun one at that. This one stands out from the rest of my collection as being the first 1/100 scale kit compared to the other 1/144 scale kits that dominate the collection. Not only was this my very first Master Grade kit, but it was the very first time I used a different approach for painting and detailing. Instead of just using the Gundam Markers on their own, I purchased an airbrush system that utilizes them and bought a petite compressor that will replace the can that came packaged with the airbrush system (I was able to utilize the can of air that came with it for this build). Not only that, but I also utilized Testors enamel paints for both portions of the actual Gundam and for the pilot figures that come with the kit. One final item that I got was a set of custom waterslide decals that were designed for this kit from a seller by the name Delpi Decal. After spending a few days on this (I'd roughly estimate a good 36-48 hours was spent on this project from start to finish), I was able to complete it and am very happy with how the results turned out! This kit boasts extreme stability and posability all in one package, not to mention it is currently one of the best Master Grade kits out there to this day.
Fun facts about the Gundam Barbatos (4th Form): This specific suit was piloted by Mikazuki Augus in the 2015 series: Mobile Suit Gundam IRON-BLOODED ORPHANS. The Barbatos was one of the 72 Gundam Frames that were used in the Calamity War roughly 300 years prior to the events of the series. The Barbatos was first shown being used as a power generator source for the Chryse Guard Security's HQ until Mikazuki boarded it and used it to repel Gjallarhorn forces outside the HQ.
As this was my first ever master grade build, I separated the pictures into three different galleries, all of which go in the following order: Box & Runners -> (https://imgur.com/a/3KcKxQP ), Inner Frame -> (https://imgur.com/a/nRHLrcq ), & Armor/Weapons/Accessories -> (https://imgur.com/a/ZU6gKoQ ). Let me know what you all think of this in the comments below!

Knowing me, that may be a P-Bandai exclusive. What I want to see is the Lupus and Lupus Rex get the MG treatment, and considering how the Gundam Frame runners didn't specify it was just for the Barbatos (4th Form), it's very likely that more are on their way.
