It would be hilarious if the buff inmates weren't getting enough to eat, so every now and then they'd let themselves out to get food from nearby stores/restaurants, and even though the director of the place was too terrified to do anything about it, they'd also bring him some every time they did it, for being nice enough to "let" them.
