A veterinary examination was carried out and a decision was made that it was impossible to conduct a full-fledged surgery (this is sad), so we had to use not surgical threads, but glue to close the wound, this will make healing longer than if it was possible to sew stitches.
She was also prescribed maintenance injections with glucose and electrolytes (once or twice) because she would not eat and drink for some time from stress, as well as an anesthetic suspension.
She will spend several days in the hospital, and then I will take her home and continue treatment. After her next molt, I will have to show her to the doctor again.
