He is part of The Fuzz Network on Twitter-he volunteered to put some peace to cons and to not let Awoos go out-of-paw. If he catches you, expect to pay a fine! You do not want to have that opportunity to Awoo at any con when they patrol them-and humiliatingly, if you run away, you will be on a wanted poster like this FC attendee,
