Bio: Charles is a British Bulldog at the city, but usually likes to go to Snelwood to see his friends there. In one of the episodes of Adventures of Scamp and Friends, he met Katy in school during lunch but was afraid to talk to her since he was too shy. During recess, he and his friends were playing frisbee but then it got stuck in a tall tree. As Charles was trying to get a frisbee off a tall tree, he fell down and Katy rescued him by using her magic red hair to grab him in time. Charles was impressed even he was too shy to talk to Katy, she still asked him to go hangout after school. Katy does have a big crush on Charles as much as he does to Katy. Charles love to build things especially architechtures, he wants to be a construction worker and civil engineer like his dad when he grows up. Charles do like to play sports, but man he's clumsy.
