Poor Chinook. The plan had been going so well, too! Infiltrating the mansion had gone off without a hitch. Security was laughable, the guards' patrol routes simple enough she could evade them blindfolded. Best of all, the alarms on every artifact's display case could be displayed just by unlocking them with the right key!

Of course, she then found out that said keys were only possessed by the maids that worked in the mansion... and that they carried them around on a secure necklace at all times. That was the first snag.

Just stealing a uniform wasn't going to cut it, but Chinook was patient. She spent the better part of the next day shadowing the maids through the mansion, looking for just the right victim. Setting her sights on a bright and cheerful squirrel girl, the doe waited until she was sufficiently isolated before springing into action. A quick handgag, a low-voltage blast from her palm stunners, and the maid was out like a light.

A quick outfit change later, and Chinook was strutting down the halls in full confidence, key dangling from her throat and her apron pockets full of the micro-teleporter devices that Blackout had provided. She only had to slip one onto each artifact, and then after safely escaping she could transport the loot right to her hideout in an instant. It was the perfect plan!

Or... at least it would've been, if she'd remembered to grab the squirrel's entire outfit. The first maid she passed was quick to point out her lack of a ruffled headband, which led to the supervising maid being called... which led to Chinook being quickly bound, gagged and detained for a Class III Uniform Violation. Now she was well and truly stuck, only able to hope that her punishment time ended before someone found the real maid bound up and stuffed into a closet. Chinook was patient, but with the clock as her enemy, how long could she keep her cool?
