If you've read Crimestrikers, you know that Forster Burns is brought into the present to become part of the Time Terror Team. Here's the incident that made his reputation. The Gavin Ranking mentioned here is the ancestor of Crimestriker Jeff "Top" Ranking. CONTENT WARNING: Although this is rated General, it's pretty dark, and it includes character death via offscreen beheading.

So inspiration struck today, as I started thinking about one of the most important (and tragic) events in Creaturian history -- the day Forster Burns completed the genocidal Extinction by killing the last dragon. Who, if that isn't horrible enough, was a child. However, thanks to time travel shenanigans, Alard Pendragon, leader of the dragons, knew that one day his species would return, and told the (also unnamed) kid. Anyway!

EXT. TAMESSA (THE CREATURIAN EQUIVALENT OF LONDON) DURING THE DARK AGES

FORSTER BURNS, sword in hand, has a defenseless DRAGON BOY cornered while a crowd watches.

BURNS
Know that you are the last dragon. As I kill you, I destroy your entire species.

DRAGON BOY
(defiant)
You're wrong. We'll be back someday. King Alard told me so.

BURNS
(losing his temper)
SHUT UP!

BURNS beheads the DRAGON BOY with his sword. There is a moment of terrible silence, as the crowd is not sure how to react. Finally...

BURNS
(evil, psychotic laughter, followed by this maniacal rant...)
I did it! I won! I killed all the dragons!

Burns points his finger at the crowd.)

BURNS
You, you all said I couldn't do it, but I did! I showed you all! I killed every last one of them!

Some people in the crowd back away, uneasy expression on their faces.

BURNS
Why are you afraid? You're safe now! We're all safe, because of me! Me and King Krulis! We've rid the world of an entire race of monsters!

(One man in the crowd finds the courage to speak.)

GAVIN RANKING
No! You've just killed a child! A harmless, defenseless child!

BURNS
Innocent? He would have slaughtered us all if I had spared him!

Some of the crowd nod in agreement. Others are still unsure. Burns is becoming angry; he expected the crowd to cheer him, and he's being challenged instead.

BURNS
Don't you see?! This is a moment of triumph! Our greatest enemy is gone! It's a time to celebrate! To celebrate me!

Some of the crowd still aren't convinced. Burns, his rage taking hold of him, continues anyway.

BURNS
We'll have a banquet! The finest food and drink! Music and dancing and beautiful women! I've earned it all -- and I won't be denied because of a handful of fools who would sacrifice us all in the name of "compassion"!

Some of the crowd are still nervous. Burns can't take their disrespect any longer. He brandishes his sword at them.

BURNS
Well, what are you waiting for? Let the celebration begin!

As everyone rushes off to obey his orders, Burns smiles evilly. Enjoy your victory while you can, Forster -- one day, you'll pay for your crimes.
