Sorry for the unimaginative title, I couldn't for the life of me think of a better one. I don't know why, but it is always really enjoyable drawing Beerus and getting to draw him in... this situation was even more enjoyable :3
I wish I could have done some more on this, primarily add some more background and fiddle around with the placement of the foot view, but due to IRL stuff I didn't have as much time to work on it as I would have liked and I didn't want to keep the commissioner waiting. Also, I wish I had a better handle on the scanner so everything wasn't so light.
I do like how it came out figure-wise however, and pictures like these are always good for hand practice.

You'd think that, being as powerful as he is, he would be able to easily break free of those chains. Or could it be that he doesn't want to free himself.

Oh, come on, Beerus. We all know you're powerful enough to not be held back by measly chains. Guess when one has been alive for hundreds or thousands of years, there's a need to find new forms of entertainment XP
And for some reason, my favorite part of this is the way his hands are behaving. It's such an adorable touch that I just can't explain ^^
