took a day off to play with the different brushes in painter. ADVENTURE

this is Terry's sister Clair as a teenager. This is a little bit before she met her crappy husband and started poppin' out (literal) little monsters.

Back then she had and eyepatch to hide the blank spot where her other eye would be if she wasn't a cyclops, and had blond streaks that didn't really serve a purpose except to passive aggressively annoy her mother. She didn't bother hiding her horn.

When she became a mother, the hair got cut (got caught in a swingset one afternoon, had to have her oldest child cut her free with a pair of safety scissors which kind of ruined it) the streaks disappeared (there was an incident at the hair salon involving her husband, a bottle of baby formula, a pair of novelty underwear and 15 beers. she can never go back), and she acquired a little pooch in the tummy area (she lets Koan believe that cake makes it impossible for her to be angry at him, this is not true. She just likes cake and he screws up enough so that she has a pretty steady supply of it. also three kids good god what do you want from her?).

She now works at a small clothing shop/coffee bar/hipster magnet and smokes a lot. Her husband, Koan is a stay at home/work from home dad who is kind of an immature airhead (also 1/16th fox demon DON'T YOU FORGET HE IS PROBABLY ROYALTY OR SOME SHIT MAYBE POSSIBLY BACK IN THE FAMILY LINE). he has a bad habit of being caught with what he calls 'his hand on the cookie jar'(it doesn't count if it doesn't go in!). She's gotten to the point where she pretty much loves him as a friend but thinks he's a douche. He loves her to pieces and knows he's a douche. They watch out for each other, even when the divorce papers start showing up (and they have shown up many times). They are actually really good parents and no one knows why.

She is the second person Terry ever came out to concerning his sexuality (his dad was the first, but after getting a raised eyebrow and a "what, really?" before he went back to watching tv, Terry decided maybe a do-over was in order and proceeded to Claire's room where she flipped out in a crazed whilwind of happy panic and hugged him for an hour while crying and promising not to tell mom) and the first to know when he started cross dressing. she likes going to the supermarket late at night, hanging with the kids, books, and daring Terry to hit on waiters.

she's kinda fun.
