A commission for  galaxydonate

Paddy Sparkle giving Sirius Canis Major the baby treatment (which he finds weird because he's usually not a adult foal, he's more of a diaper lover but he likes to be an adult foal sometimes). He's finding comfort in this and is willing to be held by the purple Alicorn. By the looks of it, Paddy Sparkle is already a great caretaker. Sirius is blushing at this.
