The shot was given quickly and effectively, but not without a pinching feeling and a lot of tears. Caiden hopped up and wept in his mother's arms as his right cheek was just stung by the doctor who, up until that point, so nice to him. The doctor left the room for a few minutes to drop some paper work off and, during that time, Caiden calmed down to just sniffles. Eventually the doctor came back in and the wolf cub was NOT happy to see him. He gave the doc a death glare while clenching his mother and rubbing his hinie. The doctor nervously chuckled and offered a sucker for Caiden being "such a brave boy" throughout the exam. Caiden eyed him and quickly snatched the sucker from the docs hands. Cheryl apologized on behalf of her son's understandably cold reaction to the doctor and they got ready to go. Cheryl pulled Caiden's diaper up, dressed him, and they left the doctor's office and headed straight for an ice cream parlor as a reward for the days trauma.

yeah he was also very excited when these doctor visits came up as he always had questions to ask the doc. so yeah, he loved them a lot.
Caiden would have been shocked if he and Crescent had met in the same doctor's office for the same procedure at the same time.
